The Healthy Smiles Plan includes 50% off needed x-rays at the initial visit, 20% off needed ongoing x-rays, and 35% off the follow up cleaning and exam (if completed within 8 months). Each plan includes 15% off all other services and you will also receive 15% off if you are referred to a specialist who is a partner in our Healthy Smiles Plan.
