Dr. Julia Moritis received her DDS from New York University in Manhattan in 2008, with an Honors in Aesthetic Dentistry.  Prior to dental school, she attended the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology.  Along with practicing preventative dentistry and being invisalign certified, Dr. Moritis is currently a part time faculty member at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.  At a young age Dr. Moritis was inspired to pursue dentistry after watching her father, Dr. Alan Moritis, help people in his dentist chair.  She continues his legacy of placing the patient's comfort first, as well as providing them with the brightest smile and healthiest mouth possible.  She has been married to her husband Shawn for 6 years, and they have a son together.  In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer and watching the Seattle Sounders.
