My wife and I were thinking one night of attributes we wanted the office to express, and we started to write down the words: * E - Educating* L - Listening* R - Relationship-Building* T - Teaching* T - Tranquil and Trusting* U - UnderstandingI looked at the list vertically with the first letters of each word and saw "turtle." I don't know how it happened, but it set off a chain reaction of epiphanies and the name was set.
