Lone Star Family Health Center (LSFHC) is a non-profit 501(c)3, full service state-of-the-art family family medicine provider operating facilities in Conroe, Spring, Willis, and Grangerland. Moreover, we also direct a fully integrated family medicine residency program to develop more skilled family doctors for our community.
