The mainpurpose of this letter is to give you a little information about us and make your visit to our office acomfortable one.About the office: Our office was established in 1983 by Dr. Juan Delgado, and was located in the Sears store for 20 years. Dr. Alfonso joined the practice in 1992. We moved to our current location inNovember 2003. In 2016 Dr. Juan Delgado retired.About the Doctor: Dr. Alfonso lives in Stockton with his family. He was born in Berkeley and is theyoungest of 7 boys in a very loving and giving family. Ironically, he and his wife have 6 girls. Hegraduated Dental School in 1992 from the University of California at San Francisco. He is a proudmember of the San Joaquin Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association,American Endodontic Society and the International Congress of Implantologists.About the staff: We are proud to boast a staff of 16 of the best team members a doctor could hope tohave. Through continuing education, many have acquired State Licensure as Dental Assistants and X-ray Technicians. Several of the staff have been with us since we first started.
