Eisner Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves uninsured and underinsured families in downtown and South Los Angeles. We provide adult health services, including chronic disease management; women's health services, including well-woman care, family planning, comprehensive prenatal care, nurse-midwife hospital delivery, water birth, and postpartum care; pediatric and adolescent health care; pediatric asthma clinic; dental and behavioral health services; case management; prenatal and health education; and an in-house pharmacy as well as optometry.
