It's Your Smile, Only Brighter!Holley Family Dentistry was founded by his father Dr. James W Holley III in 1955. The original office was opened in the 300 block of Effingham St in the downtown section of Portsmouth Virginia. In 1970, the office moved to the 400 block of Effingham St. Dr. James W Holley IV joined his father in the practice in 1988. They practiced together in the original building until 2007. They considered remodeling or adding to the original office that was only 900 square feet. It was found to be in the best interest that a totally new facility was needed to better serve their patients and the community.
